High Level Assembler Becomes Production

The MVS system's High Level Assembler became the production assembler on August 28, 1995, replacing the old Assembler H. (See the announcement in INTERFACE 190, March 31, 1995.) The test procedure library referenced by the following JCL statement will remain available until October 23, 1995:

This statement must be removed from JCL job streams before this date. If any questions or problems are encountered, contact TASC for assistance. Manuals for the High Level Assembler are available through ENTER PUBWARE.
