Billing Reports Now Available on the Web
Account coordinators can now run and view MVS North system billing reports from the web. Using CIT’s web-based Secure Internet-LinKed (SILK) technology, a report can be selected, run, viewed and printed without logging on to the MVS system. All you need to run billing reports is a web browser (e.g., Netscape or MS Internet Explorer). The new facility is easy to use—simply go to http://silkad.nih.gov/billrpt and select a desired report and a file date. The web report provides all the features you are used to on the mainframe and can be printed on mainframe and remote printers. All billing reports are protected by MVS’s RACF security, and only account coordinators can run a billing report for their agency code.
