Titan Account Sponsors and Billing Coordinators
Billing Reports Are Now Available on the Web
CIT has created a Web Billing Reports system on Titan so that account sponsors and billing coordinators can view invoices and charges from the Web. The system uses CIT's Web-based Secure Internet-LinKed (SILK) technologyonly a Web browser (e.g., Netscape or MS Internet Explorer) is required to run the billing reports.
All billing reports are protected by RACF Security. Account sponsors and billing coordinators can only run a billing report for their accounts.
Reports Available
The Web billing system features two types of reports:
This report summarizes resources used and costs for a single billing month.
These reports display summary charges for month-to-date or any prior month, and detailed transactions month-to-date or for a prior month. Detailed reports may be generated for an account or a userid.
Since the detail reports can be voluminous depending on the time period requested (e.g., an entire month), displaying them on the browser may cause problems. Sponsors of large accounts with many users are urged to
- use discretion in choosing time periods
- get printed copies of the reports, or
- examine them from the data set that is createdthe name of the data set is displayed
The System Is Easy to Use
Go to the Titan's Web Sponsor and, under Display, click on the link to "CIT Billing Reports."

Simply pick the desired report and reporting period (from the drop down menu), choose whether you want the report for an account or useridfill in the appropriate boxthen click "Submit."
Prior to submitting the request, you have an opportunity to opt for retrieving the report online or printing to an output box. If you choose "print," just fill in the remote printer (by number/name) or the output box number.
