NIH Wylbur Commands on Titan
Still using WYLBUR? - And having trouble finding the Break Key on Titan?
Well, here is a short guide on how to use the break key in collect mode.
On Titan, WYLBUR uses [PA1] and [PA2] as break keys, usually the buttons located at the right-hand corner of the QWS3270 toolbar. (QWS3270 may be obtained by going to Silk Web (Titan System), clicking on NIH Connectivity Tools, entering your Titan user name and password and selecting QWS3270 Plus or QWS3270 Secure). The mapping of these buttons varies with the emulator. Check your emulator to see which buttons or keys are mapped to [PA1] and [PA2].
The instructions below assume you are using QWS3270 as your emulator.
To interrupt the listing of output:
|
Click the [PA1] key or click the Attention triangle on the toolbar, |
or
|
Press [Alt] - [F1] key on your keyboard. |
To toggle between command and collect modes:
|
Click the [PA2] key on the toolbar, |
or
|
Press [Alt] - [F2] key on your keyboard. |
You can also use WYLBUR's SET BREAK command to define a string (for example, SET BREAK brk) that will act as a break key when you type it in and allow you to toggle between command and collect mode. This SET command can be incorporated into your WYLBUR profile to automatically set the break string for each session.
